Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Willow Lane order.

As many Willow Lane pieces are produced in limited runs, we encourage you to review the size guide before placing your order. If you're unsure which size to choose, we're always happy to help before you order.

If you change your mind, you may notify us of your decision to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item. Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return it.

To start a return, please use our Returns Portal, available via the link in the footer of our website. If you have any questions before submitting your request, you're always welcome to contact us at support@willowlane.uk.com.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags attached.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
