Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Willow Lane.

If you are not completely happy with your item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@willowlane.uk.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, further instructions will be provided.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes charged by their local authorities.
