Shipping Policy

All Willow Lane pieces are designed in-house and thoughtfully produced in small, made-to-order runs.

Made-to-Order Production

Orders are produced on a made-to-order basis and submitted to production in weekly batches.

Production typically takes 1–2 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Dispatch & Delivery

Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched.

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days, depending on your destination.

Most customers can expect to receive their order within approximately 3 weeks of placing their order.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our garments are proudly manufactured in Cape Town.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities, are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the customer.
