Shipping Policy

All Willow Lane pieces are designed in-house and thoughtfully produced in small, made-to-order runs.

Made-to-Order Production

Orders are produced on a made-to-order basis and submitted to production in weekly batches.
Production typically takes up to 1-2 weeks from the order date.

Dispatch & Delivery

Once production is complete, orders are dispatched for delivery.
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days, depending on destination.

Most customers can expect to receive their order within approximately 3 weeks from the order date.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We offer free international shipping.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
